FAQ's
Returns – in the event your order arrived damaged, please contact me within 14 days to see if it qualifies for a refund or return. I will need photos of the damaged item in order to process the refund/return. Please keep in mind that I cannot offer both a refund and a return.
If the item was damaged due to the shipping companies, I cannot refund for those errors. My recommendation is to contact the shipping company because once the item is shipped, it’s welfare during shipping is no longer controlled by me and I am not responsible for damages due to shipping.
